Therapist-Owned People-First Growth-Oriented
We are a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice with multiple locations in the Greater Philadelphia area, seeking a Clinic Director for our Exton clinic.
This leadership role comes with a competitive starting base salaryplus a percentage of clinic profit—giving you the chance to share directly in the success you help build.
Our model is built around low patient volume (avg 10 VPD), high-quality care, and real autonomy. As Clinic Director, you’ll lead a collaborative team of Physical Therapists and Patient Service Representatives, drive operational excellence, and help shape the growth of a thriving clinic.
Why This Role Matters
You’re not just running a schedule—you’re leading a team, growing a business, and setting the tone for patient care. This role blends clinical work with leadership, strategy, and ownership of the clinic’s success.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure exceptional patient care and staff experience
- Support, mentor, and develop your team of clinicians and PSRs
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
- Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, community partners, and patients
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution for clinic growth
- Maintain a partial caseload, providing hands-on patient care
What We Offer
- Total Salary: $85,000 + % of clinic profit
- Profit Sharing: Earn a percentage of clinic profit in addition to base pay
- 17 days PTO + additional CEU time
- 6 paid federal holidays
- Medical Health insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Continuing education allowance + MedBridge subscription
- Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Therapist-Led Environment: Your voice carries weight—no corporate micromanagement.
- Growth-Oriented: Leadership training, mentorship, and a clear path to increased earning potential through profit sharing.
- Patient-Centered Model: Low volume, individualized care, and a supportive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania PT license (or eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience (no leadership experience required!)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Desire to help shape and grow a clinic, not just work in one
Ready to Lead Something You’re Proud Of?
If you’re a clinician with strong leadership instincts—or an experienced director ready for a more human-centered environment—we want to talk.
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
Integrated Physical Therapy is a physical therapist privately owned outpatient orthopedic clinic, opening its first location in 2004 in King of Prussia. Integrated Physical Therapy was started using the extensive clinical knowledge and expertise in the treatment of athletes along with the mentoring gained through the Myofascial Release Center in Paoli, PA. It was through all this experience and knowledge gained from these mentors, clinical experiences and continuing education that Integrated Physical Therapy developed a method of evaluation & treatment processes unique to most physical therapy practices.
By 2008 another privately owned clinician practicing in Bryn Mawr with a similar hands-on manual therapy model sought out Integrated PT to acquire their clinic and the second office of IPT was then opened. In 2018 IPT opened their 3rd location in Exton.
Integrated Physical Therapy ensures that every therapist employed implements the treatment philosophy and model gained and developed over the 25+ years to ensure that every patient receives a totally different and unique non-cookie cutter experience. Integrated Physical Therapy takes a more personalized approach to treatment and care; getting to the cause of the patient's pain. Integrated PT considers biomechanical ways of looking at the body.
